What if I don't Like it?
At SAOBENTO ART STUDIO, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to absolutely love the artwork you purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the artwork within 30 days for credit towards another piece of art. The artwork must be in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact me by using the "Contact Us" form, or email me at saobentoartstudio@gmail.com for instructions on packaging and shipping your artwork. Once we receive the art work, we'll provide you with a full credit until you you're ready to look for another piece.
Do you take commissions?

To ensure we are on the same page, here is some important information to consider as we move forward. Scheduling a Discussion To get started, we will need to schedule a time to talk. This conversation will allow us to discuss your vision, review all necessary details, and understand the process I follow. It’s important to me that we both feel comfortable and inspired by the ideas we share. Artistic Medium and Freedom I specialize in oil paints and work on multiple surfaces. While I am committed to painting what you ask for, it's important to remember that my artistic expression is a key part of the process. You are commissioning not only a piece of art but also my interpretation and personal touch, which is what truly makes it unique. The Process and Agreement After our initial discussion, I will provide you with a quote for the project. If you decide to proceed, we will formalize our agreement. This involves a 35% non-refundable deposit to begin the work. This deposit ensures your commitment and allows me to start gathering materials and dedicating time to your piece.
